Clair Crowley

GENERAL MANAGER

Clair joined Strong & Capable in March 2023. 

Clair has a vast amount of experience from customer experience and business operational roles within higher education and state government departments for over 15 years. 

Using lived experience with disability and quest for travel, Clair built a start up in accessible tourism, actively working and educating mainstream service providers to reduce the barriers to participation.

Clair has won numerous entrepreneurial challenges and was recognised nationally for her work with the Australian tourism industry. 

Graeson Kuhl

Program CooRdinator

Graeson comes to Strong & Capable with a wealth of experience within the local NDIS community, having worked as a business owner, Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Mentor.

Graeson is passionate about using her lived experience of Autism, ADHD and complex mental health to de-mystify disability and advocate for accessibility and inclusion. She is a strong believer in peer-driven, lived-experience informed change.

In her down time, you can find Graeson renovating her old church in Adelaide’s north, getting yelled at by her grumpy cat, reading, or watching horror movies.

Guy Turnbull

Co-operative advisor

I have been involved in the co-operative and social enterprise sector since 1988, including building a UK based $35m care co-operative from scratch, and co-creating ‘RED’ – an innovative approach to social enterprise development with people with disability.

I am also the founding member and managing director of VIVA Mutual Foundation Limited – a South Australian-based NDIS provider.

Throughout my career I have won several awards including:

Don Dunstan Foundation 2018 Thinker in Residence – focused on building South Australia’s social economy by developing co-operative solutions to community and societal challenges.

National winner in the 2016 Great British Care Awards for the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Social Care’ category.

Winning UK national finalist in EY’s prestigious global competition, ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’.

Cassie Yang

Support Coordinator

In addition to Master of Social Work, I have Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Certificate III in Disability and Certificate III in Aged Care.

I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I have 6 years employment experience in the mental health and disability fields.

I am competent at establishing and maintaining professional relationships with people through applying therapeutic communication skills, person-centred approach and social work theories. 

Natalia Palacio

Marketing Coordinator

Specialist in marketing and communications with 10 years of experience in corporate and digital marketing agencies environments.

Natalia is passionate about marketing and working with organisations to help them build, growth and develop their online presence to reach out to more people. She’s in her final year of her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Torrens University.
