Annual General Meeting
18 March @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
All members are invited to our Annual General Meeting!
WHEN: Monday 18 March 2024 at 4pm.
WHERE: Level 8, 30 Currie St, Adelaide or online via Microsoft Teams
RSVP: By 5pm Friday 8 March 2024 and include any access requirements. Meeting papers, agenda and instructions to join via teams will only be sent to those who RSVP.
Nominations: Each Member may nominate up to two Members for election. The nomination shall be made at least fifteen (15) business days before the AGM or 5pm Sunday 3 March 2024. Nomination Form.
Voting: If you can’t attend the meeting, you can get another member to vote for you. This is called proxy voting. Please let me know if you need to vote by proxy.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a legal requirement of all Not-for-Profit organisations in Australia. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to formalise the previous year’s Annual Report.
It is FREE to attend.
