Strong & Capable is a Co-operative of people with lived experience of disability, who have come together to take control of their lives by navigating life with disability and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

By providing peer mentoring, we support the members of our community to lead a life of their choosing.

Empowering people with disability to live a life of their choosing

Mission

To support, advocate, mentor and raise awareness that provides better outcomes for people with disability who have, or may in the future have, NDIS plans.

Strategy

Through support coordination and peer mentoring services we support people with disability to lead the life of their choosing.

  3. Inclusion – We are welcoming and friendly, walk alongside people, care and empower, are compassionate, and advocate for people with disability.
  4. Innovation – We strive to provide services of a high quality to members and other customers. We are progressive in our thoughts and actions and aim to be leaders in the sector.
