HOW WE HELP

We deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Support Coordination, which means we can;

  • Help plan your NDIS services
  • Give advice about managing your NDIS plan
  • Help you build strong relationships with providers

SELF MANAGED OR
PLAN MANAGED

If you are self managed or plan managed;

  • Join up as a member and request your free on on one advice session
  • A Support Coordinator will contact you to arrange a convenient time and location to meet

WHAT TO EXPECT

During this one-hour session we focus on getting to know you and run through some forms we may need.

We can meet online or face to face.

How do I link my NDIS plan to my MyGov account?
The NDIA can help do that, have your NDIS number and a form of identification ready when you contact them. They will provide you with a linking code.
