We Are Hiring! Are you interested in a freelance support coordination role?
The Strong and Capable Co-operative are looking to build our team of freelance support coordinators. Whether you are an already existing support coordinator or have a lived experience with the knowledge and skills about support coordination, this is the perfect role for you. Joining this exciting cooperative will give you access to free training and support!

Who Are We?
We’re Australia’s first and only cooperative owned and run by people with a disability. Our purpose is clear – to bring about change in the marketplace to enable people with a disability to achieve better outcomes and live a better life. When the NDIS was introduced, it promised change. But for many, it has under-delivered. We’re here to make it right and take back the NDIS for those it was designed for. Our lived experience puts us in a unique position to help. It provides us with the knowledge and understanding to support and empower people to demand more, and through our collective strength, influence change.
